It's Healthy Campus week this week, but I don't feel healthy. I feel tired and grumpy and like it's been January for ever. I tried to rally myself a bit today and went on a 'naturalist walk' in the park. It was very muddy but I learnt how to recognise a hartstongue fern and saw a pale brown ladybird with white spots. Aw.No food news for this week, since I have spent most of it still digesting the enormous Chinese meal I had en famille on Saturday. I don't normally like Chinese food. but I recommend Tangs in Seaford. They do the little carrot sculptures and everything. 14:30 . . .
