"I have always imagined that Paradise will be a kind of library."

So, I didn't go to the Brighton bloggers meetup last night. I was going to, but an old friend was in town and I couldn't pass up the chance to argue about poetry and compare notes on our impending acceptance of bourgeois domesticity. Acceptance? Hell, I love it. Matt made POPOVERS this morning - they are like an insane pancake/Yorkshire pudding/souffle crossover, each one a small bundle of puffy joy! We ate three each, with lemon and sugar and jam, and Illy espressos. So if you don't hear from me again, it's because I've had a heart attack. But at least I will have died happy.
