"I have always imagined that Paradise will be a kind of library."

I was put in a ridiculously good mood this morning by listening to my new recording of
Joseph and the Technicolour Dreamcoat, belting out the harmonies while playing Tetris. I'm not sure WHY wasting my day in this fashion appealed, especially since my general dislike of Andrew Lloyd-Webber is as healthy as the next person's. But Joseph evokes particularly nice memories of childhood I suppose, such as long car journeys with my surrogate brother George - we both had an abnormal capacity for retaining lengthy chunks of lyrics, even then. So there you have it: my secret life as a Josephile.

In other news, I cut my arm on one of the stupid broken door handles in my flat, making me look like I'm into self-mutilation, and my boss bought me lunch because I am FANTASTIC.

Slack blogger, me. Normal service will be resumed when I emerge from this forest of scared freshers who probably don't even want to learn a language but are desperately trying to tick off every possible bit of red tape before lurching towards another evening of alcohol abuse and deeply regrettable actions. Thank God I got all that over with 6 years ago. Now, look over there, to your right, no not Ken's Colander, above that. Yes!
That!
