While the fragrant
Biondino waxes lyrical on the subject of toilet paper, I find myself musing on the oral rather than the anal - specifically, chocolate. I have been craving huge quantities of WHITE chocolate lately, which is worrying for several reasons. Firstly as any Waitrose-shopping, wine-quaffing, espresso-savouring snob will tell you, it is not actually chocolate as it doesn't contain a single smidgeon of cacao bean. However, this doesn't bother me too much as it's the fat/milk/sugar elements of chocolate which are appealing to me in the first place. More troubling is the psychological significance. You eat white chocolate = you are regressing to a infant state, sucking on Milky Bars and dribbling creamily on your babygro. I don't care what Nestle say about Milky Bar Munchies - it's basically just sugared, solidified breast milk, isn't it? Maybe the stress of moving is causing these regressive tendencies. All I know is that Green and Blacks Organic white is divine, and if you can't find/afford that, then Dream (Cadbury's challenge to Nestle market saturation) is pretty good...

Oh yeah. Inspired by my partner in shiny things
Maddieminx, I have updated my Friendtest. So if you haven't done it, or want to try a couple of new questions, or can't remember the original answers and want to prove that now YOU are my best friend, dammit... er, go there.

Ooh pop culture: Sandy from Big Brother has made a daring (some might say needlessly melodramatic?)
escape from the house. So many of us flippantly declared on I Love Everything that we'd run screaming if incarcerated with the Big Brother 3 contestants - but who'd have thought one of them would actually do it?

Matt and I picked up the keys to our new flat this morning. We ran round it for several minutes just turning all the taps on and soaking the floor - this is what happens when you go for 3 months with no cold running water. Anyway in all respects (not just the plumbing) the flat is FANTASTIC!

Also, you may have noticed a change of outfit for this here blog - you can never have too much pink, that's what I always say.

Was quite thrilled today to discover the online version of that trusty filler of the small hours,
Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon. He truly is the centre of the movie universe - apparently no American actor has a 'Bacon Number' higher than 4...
